Certificates of Promotion Offers Spring 2024

We want you to know Excel is here to help you honor your students that have worked so hard to achieve their goals this year. Excel has always offered Certificates of Completion to our schools for their highest grade promoting. Please see below for information and order form button. Please be sure to submit one order form per grade, when multiple grades are being ordered.

Please note, no images from last year can be used. Additionally, the only portraits that may be used must be taken by Excel. Please submit orders by April 19th. Options, FAQ, and order form below. All schools must submit an order form in order to receive the certificates.

Option 1; Delivered to school site

Printed certificate. We can create the promotion certificates as we have done in the past and deliver them to your school.

Option 2; Digital Delivery of Certificates

Digital Certificate. Excel can send the printable digital file to the school. The student’s digital promotion certificate could be emailed home.

What picture is used?

Spring pictures are used to create the Certificates. Images must be from the current school year and taken by Excel. Blank certificates with a graphic are provided for you to use for absent students. The graphic will be placed where the portrait usually appears. If you did not host a spring picture day, images from the fall may be used. If you request to use both fall and spring images, fee may incur.

What if our school has a custom certificate already?

Excel will use the current certificate on file for your school, and update the year.

When are the certificates delivered to the school site?

Certificates are delivered approximately one week prior to the ceremony date.

Does Excel provide folders for the Certificates?

Due to supply chain disruptions, we are unable to offer these this year.

Our school has always used Excel to have our certificates printed, do we have to fill out an order form?

Yes. Any school who wants certificates must complete an order form. Click on “CERTIFICATE OF PROMOTION' ORDER FORM” button below. If you are ordering certificates for more than one grade, please submit a separate order form for each one.

Does Excel offer Yard Signs?

We can provide those too! School name and colors with student name $10.00 each, plus shipping. Please email Malissa@excelphotographers.com directly

Enhancements that maybe billed to your school:

These treasured keepsakes are expensive to produce and we want to keep our cost down so that we can continue to offer these to your students and their families for free. We hope to never pass on any production costs to you, however; we may pass on the cost of production for the following:

Any customization of the certificate design or text changes, will not exceed $25.00. If you already have a custom certificate on file, that is what we use.
Non Excel school who would like to order certificates with name & graphic only $25.00 set up fee, and $1.00 per certificate
Rush charge of $25.00 for late submissions.
Populating names on blank certificates, when we are using pictures will be a $25.00 flat fee.
Certificates for additional grades will be billed at $1.50 per certificate, unless previous arrangements have been made with Excel.
Using multiple databases (fall and spring) will be $25.00 flat fee. Blank certificates are provided at no charge for school to use for absent and/or new student
Offering spring pictures to your school is how we provide these keepsakes for free each year. If you are not hosting a spring picture day, please note a fee of $1.00/certificate will be taken from your schools commission

Promotion Ceremony Date

Please list the Principal (and other administrator, if applicable) name EXACTLY as they are to appear on the certificate. For example: Mr. Smith, Mr. John Smith, John Smith

Only Principal will be added unless other wise noted. We will use a signature font.

Provide the grade that you want Certificates for. If you are ordering for more than one grade, please submit a separate form.

For most school's it is the highest grade unless prior arrangements have been made with Excel.

Please list the teacher's names of the classes that you want certificates for. Please include shared grades and team teachers. For our multi track schools please indicate which track for each teacher

Please list the teacher names EXACTLY as you would like them to appear on the certificates. We will use a signature font for the teachers name. For example: Mr. Smith, John Smith, Mr. John Smith
